Karlie Redd is a main cast member on the first nine seasons of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta and one of the show's original six cast members.

Karlie initially started as an antagonist for K. Michelle, and Joseline. Aspiring to be a singer, she gained internet fame for her performance of her song "Louie, Prada, Gucci" (a meme Redd claims has made her millions of dollars) By season four, Redd's aspirations as a singer ceased, and she instead focused on her business ventures. The series chronicles her relationships with Benzino, Yung Joc, Lyfe Jennings, her affair with Scrapp DeLeon and her allegedly abusive relationship with Mo Fayne.

Karlie serves as an on and off antagonist of the series, and is described by most of the cast as "messy" due to her antics to start drama from gossip she hears. She was the main protagonist of season eight, chronicling her relationship issues with Mo, while having a season long feud with Pooh Hicks, where Karlie tearfully confesses she had to take a lie detector test to prove her innocence.

Season ten, Karlie is demoted to a supporting cast member, and it highlights her relationship with Lamar Odom. She goes to the Dubai trip with her daughter Jasmine, and when her daughter's boyfriend joins them, Karlie shows a new side of herself as a meddling mother. Part two highlights her attempts to start her music career, and leave the "Louis, Prada, Gucci" behind her. She attempts to work with Spice, who is hesitant. She also causes friction with the recently married Joc, and Kendra when she surprises Joc at his engagement party doing a Marilyn Monroe impersonation.

Before Love & Hip Hop[]

Karlie Redd is a Trinidadian-American entertainer and entrepreneur also known as Keisha Lewis. Karlie was born on April 20, 1966 originally from New York City. Love & Hip Hop franchise (2012–present)[]

Karlie is introduced on Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta as an aspiring rapper, singer and recording artist, hoping to collaborate with Stevie J. She quickly gains a reputation among the cast for being "messy" and allegedly lying about her age. Her rivalry with K. Michelle is the focus of the first two seasons, during which she released "Bring It", a diss track aimed at Michelle. The two later reconcile their differences. Subsequent seasons chronicle her various business ventures, as an soap opera actress, boutique store owner, record label executive, Playboy model, morning radio host and sexologist.

Karlie's chaotic love life has become one of the show's leading storylines and she has been romantically linked with many of the show's male cast members, including Benzino, Yung Joc, Scrapp DeLeon, Lyfe Jennings and Sean Garrett. In season six, Karlie briefly dates tattoo artist Ceaser Emanuel, their relationship serving as a crossover with fellow VH1 reality show Black Ink Crew. In season eight, she announces her engagement to trucking mogul Arkansas Mo.

Karlie also appears in two episodes of the spin-off K. Michelle: My Life, in three episodes of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta: After Party Live!, in one episode of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood when Kimberly visits Atlanta, and in the specials Dirty Little Secrets, Dirty Little Secrets 2, Love & Hip Hop Awards: Most Certified and 40 Greatest Love & Hip Hop Moments: The Reboot.
