Jen the Pen is a main cast member on season three of Love & Hip Hop: New York.

Her sole season chronicles her relationship with rapper Consequence, and her trying to learn his Muslim religion. She attempts to start a radio show with Raqi, which ends in the two getting into a heated argument, where Bayer mentions she is "white honey, and it will get done". The statement received extremely negative reaction, and Jen and Consequence were fired from the show post season three.
