Omarion is a main cast member on the season one of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood and one of the show's original eight cast members.
A former member of the boy band B2K, the inaugural season of Hollywood chronicled the birth of his son with his ex-girlfriend (current at the time) Apryl Jones, and mediating the feud between Jones, and his mother. By season two, Omarion's role was reduced, and he was sporadically featured with him, and Apryl leaving the show before the season two reunion.
Though not featured in the sixth season of the show, he was mentioned frequently during the duration by Jones, and his band member Fizz.
Before Love & Hip Hop[]
Omarion is a Grammy Award-nominated R&B singer and actor. He was born and raised in Inglewood, California. He came into prominence as the lead singer of the R&B group B2K, which also features Lil' Fizz, J-Boog and Raz B. He began dating his backing vocalist Apryl Jones in 2013.
Love & Hip Hop franchise (2014–present)[]
n 2014, Omarion joined the cast of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood. The first season chronicles the pregnancy and birth of their son, Megaa Omari Grandberry, as well as Apryl's strained relationship with his mother Leslie. While appearing on the show, Omarion enjoyed newfound success with the release of "Post to Be", the highest selling song of his career. Subsequently, he appears infrequently in season two, despite being credited in every episode.
Omarion and Apryl did not attend the taping of the second season's reunion as he was on tour. On December 7, 2015, Apryl confirmed the two had quit the show and would not be returning the next season.
After Love & Hip Hop[]
On March 7, 2016, Apryl gave birth to their daughter, A'mei Kazuko Grandberry. Four months later, Omarion and Apryl announced their break up.
While B2K's reunion and Millennium Tour is featured prominently in season six of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood and he is mentioned throughout, Omarion does not appear.
